I don't blog much, even though I intend to.. I'm waiting for Yahoo! 360 to enable RSS on their blogging features, so I can RSS feed it into this section.. so I don't have to blog in two places. But be sure to check for any new photos I may have put up!

I got a new job!

I started working at Yahoo earlier this month. I quit my old job at YFdirect/Netblue to join yahoo. It's quite a drastic change, from a tiny company to a huge corporation, but it's quite interesting. Wow, during the small xmas break before I started this new job, it felt quite good to say "i quit my job!" Well.. no looking back!

I was radioactive!

Yesterday I went to the hospital for a bone scan. My left leg at the groin muscle has been hurting for the past 5 or 6 months, probably due to too much hard running during ultimate frisbee. Only a couple months ago I discovered the miracles of ibuprofen and have drugging up during every frisbee game. But when I'm not playing, I've usually just been limping around, some days worse than others. I finally went to the doctor last week and he thinks I have a hip flexor strain, but suggested that I get this scan to make sure I don't have a fracture or something scary like that. Before the scan I had to get an injection of radioactive nucleotides that would cling on to the bone. A few hours later I took a nap for an hour in this large machine as it took scans of my pelvis and spine.

The scan doctor thinks that the dark spot on my left femur (see blue mark) could be a problem area. Tomorrow I'll go back to sports med doctor to hopefully find out what's really wrong with me.

I partied too much this weekend. Friday I went bar hopping in palo alto for coworker Angela's birthday. Saturday was everybody's birthday parties in SF. Reminds me of Taiwan days, drinking and club-hopping.

What else has been happening?
Earlier this week i saw Matrix 3 on opening day at 630am (yes A.M.).. I can't decide whether I disliked Matrix 2 or Matrix 3 more... But I've got one word for Matrix Revolutions: CORN. As in it was corny, it was cheesy.. too much "love" and rainbows.. it was slow and painful.

It's Halloween. It's very cold. And probably wet outside. I will be venturing out to the city for some mahem. I hope I don't freeze my spongy butt off. Yes, I will be dressing as Sponge Bob Square Pants tonight. I found like the last leftover kid's costume during closing time at Walmart. That was all I could fit. Talk about last minute. Should be interesting...

I think I'm in a Plain & Bland Phase right now. I'm too lazy right now to make my website more colorful and designy at the moment. One of these days I'll have more time to make it look better. I know I know, I said that four months ago and it still looks like this.
