It all started as a great idea to run the 'all downhill' napa marathon. But we decided it was stupid and that running the optional 5K and drinking wine the rest of the time would be more exciting. And sure it was! Jennie, Jason, Jeff, Rita, Jim, Christina and I rode in Jen's minivan to several wineries including V Sattui (good lunch), Mondavi, Artesa, and Gloria Ferrer Wine Caves of sonoma. We still don't know much about wine, but drinking was fun. The 5k was fun as well, we arrive late just as the runners had taken off. But we made it in about 30 minutes and promptly looked for a McDonalds to catch breakfast afterwards.
